Visitors can conveniently park in the CIA’s two-story parking deck located in Anton Plaza where you can also enjoy breath-taking views of the scenic Hudson River from a 30,000 square foot terrace.

Experience CIA with a Public Tour
You’re invited to go behind the scenes of CIA and get an inside look into our world of food with the CIA Experience—a new public tasting, learning, and touring experience at our New York campus. Available Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Book your tour after your lunch or before your dinner reservation with us. The CIA Experience is approximately one hour in length. Book the Wednesday or Friday tour or book the Saturday tour.

Our students’ education is at the core of everything we do at CIA. To ensure they have the best educational experience possible, periodically, we must adjust our restaurants’ opening hours.

Celebrating a Special Occasion?
We’ll bake you a cake! We now offer a selection of special occasion cakes created by the pastry chefs and students at CIA. Cakes are available by pre-order only. All orders must be placed at least three days prior to your reservation. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to order.
A key component of the education process at CIA is learning how to deliver outstanding service. Students at the Culinary Institute of America are not permitted to accept tips, in accordance with IRS regulations and the CIA Student Code of Conduct. We thank you for honoring the “no tipping” policy, and for giving our students the opportunity to serve you. However, we do include a 20% Student Support Surcharge on each check which is returned to our students through scholarships. Thank you for helping to support the educational mission of CIA.
